2. Delivery Estimates

• United States: approximately 3–5 business days after shipment.
• International: delivery timelines vary by destination and carrier.

Delivery estimates are provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. Weather, holidays, and customs may affect timelines.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and selected method. All charges are displayed in USD before payment.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient.

5. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order hasn't arrived within a reasonable window after the estimated delivery date, email office@sensasleep.com with your order number and we'll help resolve it with the carrier.
