1. Eligibility

2. How to Request a Refund
Email office@sensasleep.com with your order number and the reason for your request. We typically respond within one business day.
3. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued in USD to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds may take additional time to appear on your statement.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us with a photo of the product and packaging within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement at no cost.
5. Subscriptions
You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Subscription orders are covered by the same 30-day guarantee on your first shipment.
